Prime quality sold well, and made fully lid per lb. extra prime lambs -12 s Id, prime 36,s 6d to 29s 6d, medium 33s to S6s, light 29s 6d to 32s 6d, stores 26s to 295. Fat Sheep.—Extra prime wethers 49s 7d, prime 41s to 455, medium 37s to 40s. light 32s to 36s 6d, extra prime ewes 43s 7d, prime 34s to 36s 6d, medium 30s to 33s 6d, light 25s 6d to 29s 6d, aged 20s 6d to 255. Eat Cattle. —The rates were close to those of the previous week. Extra prime steers CIS 2s 6d, prime £l4 to £l6 ss, medium £l2 to £l3 15s, light £8 12s 6d to £ll 15s, rough £7 to £8 ss, prime heifers £8 Is, ordinary £5 15s to £B, extra prime cows £l3 2s 6d, prime £7 15s to £9 10s. medium £5 10s to £7 ICe, light £4 5s to £5 ss, vealers and runners £6, good vealers £4 to ,£5 os, medium £3 to £3 15s, good calves £2 to £2 15s, small 10s to 25 s.

Dairy Cattle. —Good second, third and fourth culvers (springing) £9 to £ls. medium sorts £6 to £8 15s, best springing heifers £6 to £9, medium £3 to £5 10s. backward culvers and odd cows in milk £1 10s to £4 3s.
