NEW PLYMOUTH SITTINGS. (BY TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NEW PLYMOUTH, May 21. At the Supreme Court-, on the fourth trial, Clvde Heaton Burgess, a chemist’s assistant, was acquitted on the charge of using an instrument to- procure a miscarriage.
