The Dailv Chronicle’s lobbyist says that the Labour Party is still wobbling in its attitude towards Imperial preferences. The Labour Commonwealth group, which is concerned in anti-free trade propaganda, obtained an attendance of 70 at its last meeting, including Messrs Henderson, Shaw and Wheatley. Recent developments indicate that there has been a considerable breakaway on the question. '
