LONDON. May 4

Vladimir Vladeck, the Russian leader of a gang of bandits, has been arrested, says the Russian correspondent of the Daily Mail. He is responsible for a series of murders in France, committed chiefly while the gang was robbing country mansions. Detectives pouiiced on Vladeck and a confederate as they were leaving an hotel, walking uneasily with their right hands in their pockets clutching automatic revovlers. They were deported to Paris, where six other confederates of Vladeck are imprisoned.
