Well informed sources declare there is no combined Franeo-Spanish plan of campaign in Morocco contemplated. Abdul Krim is reported to have declared a holy war and sent his brother to Sheshuan, in, the Spanish zone, for the purpose of raising levies among the local Jebala tribesmen.
