His Honor the Chief Justice sentenced the following prisoners in the Supreme Court tp-day : Herbert .Blakes, theft from a dwelling and breaking and entering, six months’ and 12 months’ reformative treatment. John Henry Graham, breaking and entering asd theft, two years’ reformative treatment. Ernest George Hughes, theft 18 months. John Joseph Corby and Alfred Clement Dunford, attempted breaking and entering, 'reformative detention for 18 months and 12 months respectively. Thomas Joseph Lowry, -theft, receiving and forgery, two and a half years’ reformative treatment. Harold Donald Hastings, carnal knowledge, three years’ probation under special conditions. Allan Donn Ballon, forgery and false pretences ; IS months'. Robert Jame s Ballantyne, false pretences. two years’ probation. William Charles Shirley, for making a wrong statement ‘to a marriage ‘registrar, was fined £2O.
