N. Z. REPRESENTATIVES. BY CABLE—I*RESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT GENEVA, April 23. In pursuance of the desire expressed by the Permanent Mandates Commission for the presence of members of mandatory Governments at the deliberations of the Commission, the League Secretariat intimated that Mr. Grey, Under-Secretary of Internal Affairs, with Sir James Allen, of New Zealand, attend the meeting of the Commission in June.—Reuter.
