NORMANBY SCHOOL JUBILEE.

(To the Editor.) Sir,—Re Xormanby school jubilee, it may interest “Old Pupil” to learn that the first entry in the school log book is dated March 20, 1876. On that day two pupils put in an appearance and were duly entered on the school roll by the first teacher of the school, Mr. John Harre, who is, I believe, still living.—l am, etc., Gr. W. MITCHELL.
