Quite a little booni is being experienced lately. Two houses for residents are nearing completion and another is being considered. A new house is being built by one of the native trustees on the western side of the road to the beach, on a bluff overlooking the river and the Maori redoubt. TREE-PLANTING. It is good to see that residents are realising the value of planting and the hope is expressed that all will do some planting.
