BOWLING. The Paten Bowling Club has onpe more earned the right to have its name inscribed on what is looked as the blue riband in howling—the Iveesing Cup. A rink consisting of Messrs A. T. Christensen, J. A. McKenna, Fred McKenna and W. Paterson (skip) journeyed to Wanganui on Saturday last and played a rink froin-the Wanganui East Club (the holders), consisting of-Messrs McCarthy, Beckett, Williams and Reynolds, and after some very, good play won by 21 to 17.
