The Times’ Cairo correspondent says that Egypt appears to be on the threshold of an agitated political period. The, new Parliament will open in an atmosphere of uncertainty, both regarding the relative strength of parties and the immediate future. • The Government feels confident that it will obtain a vote of confidence, but should it fail or should the Zaghlulist tactics completely obstruct business it will not hesitate at a .dissolution.—Times.
