ADDRESS BY CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD. l WEDNESDAY’S MEETING. Dairy factory directors and members of the executive of the Federation met yesterday in conference to formulate a series'of questions to be submitted for Mr. Grounds’ reply at the meeting on Wednesday, when he will deliver his address on the policy of the board and the question of absolute control. It was also resolved that, subject to Mr. Grounds’ consent, Mr. Goodfellow.be invited to the meeting, the idea being to hear the results of the operations in London of the Waikato Company. There will be very general and widespread interest taken in the meeting and the address of the chairman
