Public buildings, business houses, homes — everything must go. The judge decreed that the Ohio Oil Company leased the land and is entitled to possession within 6ixty days.

The Casper (Wyoming) Oil Company and the town of Lavoye will fight for their existence in the court of appeal, where an appeal has heen lodged.
