Many flag officers of the fleet visiting New Zealand and Australia will complete their term of service afloat shortly after the tour is completed, and it is "believed important changes will be made. It is understood Admirals Coontz and Wiley will be' assigned to shore duty, while Admiral Robinson is under consideration t-o succeed Admiral Coontz as Comamnder-in-Chief of the United States fleet. Many battleship commanders will also complete a twoyear term afloat during the next few months, and some of them will lie relievfd probably before the fleet starts on its cruise. ‘The changes among the admirals, however, will occur after the completion of the #uise.
