Mr. Hilton Young suggested the appointment of a sub-committee endowed with initiative to work in conjunction with the Colonial Office, and deal with the Dominions' development schemes. In this connection some disappointment prevailed. Mr. Guinness pointed out that the Colonial Office had a representative on the Dominions’ Committee. He thought the disappointing results were due to the fact that.the faciliies were no fully appreciated' in the Dominions, from whom it was hoped applications would come.—Reuter.
