Results: One mile New Zealand men's championship—Cnnnohl (Auckland) J, 'Hill (Canterbury) 2, Lindsay (South Canterbury) 3. Won by thirty yards. Time, 25min 45 2-ssee. 100 yards New Zealand ladies’ championship —Miss Stock ley (Auckland) 1, Miss Page (Auckland) 2'. Miss- Mather (Canterbury) 3. Won by four yards. Time, 69 4-ssec. TOO yards New Zealand men’s championship Adamson (Auckland) 1, Batchelor (Canterbury) 2, Dowsett (Wanganui) 3. A close finish. Time, 61 sec. 500 yards flying squadron race— Auckland L Canterbury. 2. Wellington In a match for the New Zealand water polo championship, Auckland beat Canterbury B by 12 goals to 1..
