SEPAH’S WIDE POWERS. RETURN OF SHAH WANTED; BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. TEHERAN. Feb. 19. Parliament has decided to invest Sirdar Sepah with full control of the“army and police, thus* enabling him to carry out his proposed reform. The Sirdar informed the House that he had tried repeatedly to induce the Shah to return to Persia, and intended to continue his efforts.—Sydney Sun Cable.
