NEW JAPANESE BILL. BY' CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. (Received Feb. 19, 11.55 a.m.) TOKIO, Feb. 18. The Government is introducing in the Diet a Public Peace Preservation Bill, designed to check movements having as their object the denying of private property ownership, intriguing against the' State or Administration, and imposing on the offenders terms of imprisonment ranging from five to ten years.

The Bill is meeting with pronounced opposition by Labour bodies. —Renter.
