REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS.
MANY STILL TO COAIE IN, Inquiry from the registrar elicited the information that the number of electors who have registered to date is only' about half the total on the roll, between four and five thousand having returned their cards out of a total of about eight thousand. The Postmaster reports that most of the cards which were delivered to householders have been returned or sent to the Registrar. The postmen *find, however., that a. number are apparently making no effort to furnish the particulars required. A reminder is given all electors that- the date- before which this is required is March 0, and therefore everyone should take the matter in hand at once.
