'Mulligan, arrived at Wanganui from Wellington last night. He will attend the Jockey Club’s meeting to-day and leave for Hawera this evening, being expected here about 9.30 o’clock. To-morrow forenoon- the Alinister will attend to various departmental affairs, • and the Mayor's' room has been placed at his disposal for any business of a public nature.
