CIVIC WELCOME TO TRISIT REPUBLICANS. AND SLIGHTS THE KING. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOC.T ATION—COPYRTOTIT SYDNEY. Feb. 17. The Lord Mayor accorded a civic welcome to Mieses Barrv and Kearns, delegates of the Irish Relief Mission, who have arrived from Ireland to collect funds for Irish Republicans lately released from prison bv the Irish Free State Government. The delegates aim at collecting £100.009 in Australia. The Lord Mayor, replying to the toast of hie health, declared that the appeal was one that every lover of Ireland and free nationhood should cordially support. The loval toast was omitted from the ceremonies.
