The home team made 331, Worker 126, Caskie 75, Sansom 29, Rodger 26, Douglas 34 being the best scorers. & North Otago has lost five wickets for 71. RANGITIKEI REPS. COMING. Mr. J. Neilsen, secretary of the South Taranaki Cricket Association, hhs received advice from the Rangitikei Association that they intend sending n team to play the local Association bn Saturday. February 28. Play will he confined to one day and will begin at 11 a.m. ‘ , JUNIOR FIXTURES. The third round of fixtures in the South Taranaki junior competition will begin to-morrow. Stratford Technical High School has withdrawn, and Manain may follow suit. The fixtures for Saturday will he: Eltham v. Stratford, at Stratford; Hawera Technical High School v. Midland, at Hawera. If Manaia continue to play they will meet .Excelsior. Otherwise E-xcelsior will have a bye. SATURDAY’S TEA MS. Excelsior team to play- Eltham, at Eltham: McCarthy, Monaghan.
