BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCI ATION—COPYRIGHT, PARTS, Feb. 2. In the course of a debate on the foreign estimates, the Chamber approved, by 314 votes to 250, the policy of the Premier (M. Herriot) in favour of the abolition of t% Embassy at the Vatican, which was treated as a vote of confidence.. M. Herriot agreed to the inclusion in the estimates of provision for a mission to the Vatican to represent Alsace-Lorraine, which lias a special concordat- with the Holy See.
