The Financial Times reports an important decision on the Stock Exchange regarding issues made without a prospectus. Dealers in Consols, corporation and colonial markets agreed, as regard future issues, to deal only with stocks which have been previously offered for public subscription. The Financial. Times says: Occasionally small colonial loans up to half a million licive boon placed in one block with members of the Stock Exchange or outside institutions. This system will have iio he abandoned. Every Home corporation or colonial stock will in future have to he sponsored by a prospectus.
