Pinal stages of flip bowling tournament at New Plymouth wore reached yesterday, the winning rink turning out lo Ik* Price's, of Fitzrov, which heat Lobli (West End) by 20 to 10. The rinks engaged were: Putt. Hailstone, Bruce, Lohb (West End). Campbell, Shinn, B. Ford, H. Smart (New Plymouth). -Martin, Bennett, Dingle, Price (Eitztov).

Matches yesterday were played between H. Smart (New Plymouth), who had two lives. .1. Lohb (West End), and IT. Price (Fitzrov), each of whom had one life. Lohb met and defeated Sfiiart in the morning, Price having a bye. In the afternoon. Smart 's second life fell to Price, the final being played immediately afterwards between Lobb and Price, the latter winning. The weather conditions were ideal for bowling and the green was playing well.
