BIG PROTECTIVE REGION IN BELGIAN CONGO.

The Times Brussels correspondent says: A royal decree is being issued creating a vast protective zone in Belgian Congo, into which hunters will be forbidden to enter. It will be A nown as Albert Park, in which not only wild animals, but mountain flora will be protected from destruction and interference .—Times.
