It isi learned that the Midland Bank, defendants in the 'Robinson case, have lodged, a cross appeal from the finding of the jury. Robinson, is .also appealing from the findings of the jury on other questions, than the question of their 'being -parties to the conspiracy which the bank sought to prove. — Reuter.
