CRITICISM FROM WAIKATO. - (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.! HAMILTON, Jan. 31. At a meeting of the Dairy Farmers Union the action of the Dairy Control Board in allowing butter to he shipped in large quantities at the same time, so causing'a slump on the London market, was unfavourably commented upon, members considering that the board failed in its primary purpose of regulating supplies. A committee was set up for the purpose of arranging a conference of dairy companies, with a view to establishing control over the local butter market.
