DULL MARKET AT INVERCARGTLT
DROP IN PRICES REPORTED. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) INVERCARGILL, Jan. 28. The first Jnvercnrgil wool, sale opened to-day betore a strong bench of buyers. The opening stages showed a dull market with a considerable drop on the recent prices at Dunedin. The market lacked keenness, and many lo.ts were passed in. The catalogue comprised of over 18,000 bales.
