ANOTHER AUCKLAND FATALITY

While Percy Boate, aged 50, was running across Queen Street last night to catch a tramcar, he was knocked down by r a motor ’bus and sustained severe injuries to his head. He was taken to the hospital, where his condition gradually became worse, and he died early this mornisg. He was a veteran of £he South African and Great Wai's and held a D.C.AT.
