WIDESPREAD PLAN. - POLICE ARREST RINGLEADERS. CABLE -PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Jan. 15, 1.5 p.m. TOKIO, Jan. 14. On the strength of certain information regarding a plot to- assassinate the Prime Minister at the reopening of the Diet on the 22nd inst. the police, in -a raid, arrested two of the ringleaders and are now dragging the net for the other. Definite information is refused, but it is stated that the plot is widespread and has been carefully laid. —Sydne. Sun Cable.
