PURCHASED IN GERMANY. BRITISH ENGINES INSTALLED. BY CABLE-PRESS A SSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Jan. 9, 10.50 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 8. Japan has purchased ten big German Rohr bach all metal seaplanes, equipped with twin Rolls-Royce engines, totalling 700 horse-power. They are flying from Denmark to Japan across Russian waterways in April.
