A flash message will come from Twickenham and will he available at all telephone offices at opening ti«e. Actually, it is expected that this will he received about 4 a.m. The Secretary of the Post Office has arranged with Wellington broadcasters, and probably will arrange with other stations open at that hour, for an immediate broadcast of the result.
