BOGUS COMPANIES.
FATHER AND SON CHARGED. at CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT BERLIN, Dec. 29. Sensational disclosures are coming . out in connection with scandals in connection with the Prussian State Bank, Ruebe, one of the directors, has been arrested in connection! with the loss of advances of £6OO,OQO> ? to Kutisker, a Russian company promoter; It is alleged that other large! advances have been made on flimsy-securities. Kutisker and his nineteen-year-old son are awaiting trial for; promoting - bogus companies. It is estimated they got at least £750,000 from the Prussian State Bank, by, bribing leading officials to grant a series-of loans at a time when even the Deutsche Bank could not raise a loan, Kutisker represented .himself as the owner of numerous factories, and appointed his son managing director of a motor company. IVlUch' money was obtained on security, and bills of exchange wer 3 signed by the youth, wto now pleads that he rigne-l on his father’s instructions, and is therefore r*ot responsible.
