As a result jof an investigation by detectives into, the circumstances surrounding the death of James Dwyer (76), an inmate of the Old Colonists’ Royal Park, who died in a police cell after being locked up for drunkenness, four Maltese ..have been arrested_ and charged 1 ihurder. -Deceased after his arrest was placed in a coll with four Maltese who were also, charged with drmikehness.' These were afterwards admitted to hail A couple of hours later Dwyer was found lying dead in the cell- with several wounds in the face, eleven ribs broken and cartilages torn off the breastbone Those arrested are Jrhillipo S’chembri, Vineenzo Pisani Joseph Muscat, and Paul, Sliba -
