BLACK “REDS”
NIGGERS TOUR RUSSIA. MUCH HOT AIR. VENTILATED BY DELEGATE. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT, (Received Dec. 29, 11.10 a.m.) \ LONDON, Dec. 28. The Daily Mai’s Riga correspondent says that African negro delegates are touring Russia under Soviet guides like' the British trade unionists’ tour. These black Reds weie given the special saloon carriage in which the Britishers journeyed. Negroes are seldom seen in Russia and are attracting great crowds. Delegates declare that the Communists in South Africa intend to free the enslaved blacks from the British yoke.
