NEW YORK, Dec. 26. Reports from ’Belgrade confirm the occupation of Tirana, Albania, by Zogus troops, while Rome despatches it ate that the i Premier, Fan .Nolls Government is in a critical condition. The Jugo-Slav Government' announced that its action in closing the Albanian frontier lat the .most important point was for the purpose of circumscribing the present Albanian, movement and to- prevent it taking an international aspect.
