The deceased gentleman was a-man of sterling qualities, and was. beloved by all as one of nature’s gentlemen. He was an ardent lover of nature, and retained his keenness to the jast in all farming pursuits, and; his kind, - noble and generous nature endearedMmn, to. numerous old residents -South Taranaki.
