KILLED ON RAILWAY. (by TE LEGE a PH—-PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN; Dee. 22. The body of Thoirias Dawson Tate (91), who lived in a lint near Shag P-oint railway station,' was found badly mutilated near the line. The evidence at the inquest, which was adjourned. showed that deceased was very deaf. He was apparently struck by a south-bound train;
