SPANISH WITHDRAWAL. <SY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, Dec. 17. Reuter’s Tangier correspondent says that the Spaniards have completed withdrawal to- Tetuan. Three thousand troopo were sent home and other contingents leave m spend Christmas in Madrid. An effort is being made to subdue the Anjera tribesmen by means of an aerial bombardment. Several tons of explosives were launched on villages in the past few days.
