MARKET REPORT. The Fanners’ Co-cuerative Organisation Society of New Zealand, Ltd., re-port-:—At Stratford on Tuesday we conducted our usual fortnightly sale, and are pleased to report a. good yarding, the whole of which, with the exjeeption of a few yearling heifers, was ;cleared at the hammer. We quote: Fat jheifers, £7 4s; fat cows, £5 19s to £6' 'ss: young forward cows, £4 to. £4 los; Isi >re and boner cows at late rates; I yearling steers to £3 3s; Holstein yearling heifers, £3 los; bulls. £4 to £5 los; dairy heifers to £4 os; dairy cows to £6 ss. I At the Manaia yards on Tuesday we held cur fortnightly sale. A good en- | toy of forward and fat cows was | yarded, and tli-e whole yarding met ready sale at satisfactory figures., Heavy fat cows, £7 5s to £ VlOs; goodforward cows, £o os to £0 2s: youngislt store cows, £ 312 s fie] to £4 17s: works hulls. £5 os to £5 10s. At Man aia on Tuesday, after the stock sale, we held an auction clearing sale of furniture, etc., on account of Mrs Reeve. The attendance was not big. but buyers were present out for business, and prices were satisfactory throughout the sale. ~ ■
