The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., Lave received the following cablegram' from their London house under date 12th instant: Wool Sales—-The sales closed' firmly to-day. As compared with Jhsti sales’ closing rates, prices are higher about 71 to 10' per cent for crossbredlambs, fine scoured' and fine greasy crossbred and: fine crossbred slipej higher about 10' to To per .cent for medium and coarse scoured crossbred *and' medium and! coarse crossbred slipe; higher about par to 5 per cent for medium merino, greasy merino super and scoured merino super ; higher about 20 per cent for mediums greasy crossbred; higher about 5 per cent, for lambs merino; higher about 25 per cent for coarse greasy crossbred, and! lower about par to 5 pey cent for inferior merino.
