ALIEN IMMIGRANTS.
HORDE FOR AUSTRALIA. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Dec. 17, 11.10 a.m PERTH, Dec. 17. Sir John McWhae, formerly AgentGeneral for Victoria, who has just arrived from England, said that quite a fleet of Italian ships is now on the point of being finished for the purpose of bringing immigrants to Australia. The people will have to pay only £8 a head, and will bring their, own food and sleep* on the decks of the’ vessels.
