Kilmer, has resigned and will be relinquishing her position when the board can fin'd a suitable successor. ENTERTAINMENT. The members of the' ; Methodist : Church' at Kakaramea, headed by Rev. Mr. J. W. Bayliss, hold a social in the hall oii Thursday evening in aid : of the church funds. The entertainment was at .first advertised for Wednesday, but had, to be postponed owing to the inclement weather. In the •matter of attendance the evening was not a conspicuous, -success, but at least the. prograriinie presented was entirely satisfactory and deserted to be better patronised.
