BUTTER-FAT RETURNS.
DAIRY COMPANY FIGURES. Eltliam, Mangatoki and Tvaponga Dairy Companies’ returns for the month of November are: Eltham.—Milk, 7,994,4181 b; cream, 37,018 lb; representing 324,8641 bof butter-fat. The figures compare favourably with those for November, 1923. Mangatoki.—Butter-fat 186,5001 b, which maintains last year’s figures. The pay-out totalled £12,050. lvaponcca.—The amount of milk was 3.595,4521 b, as against 3,374,9561 b for November, 1923. The amount of but-ter-fat also increased largely, being 137.4551 b. as against 128.4041 b. The coinoany naid out Is 3d a lb for butI tor-fat. '
