WEDDING.

CLARK—EASTON,

A very pretty wedding took place at the Methodist Church, Hawera, on Wednesday, 10 th December, -when Miss Emily Easton, oriiy daughter of Mr and Mrs W. P. Easton, of liawera, was married to Mr Leslie Norman Clark, eldest son of Mr and Airs Amos Clark, of Inglewood. The Rev. W. J. Oxbrow officiated. The bride, who was given away by lier father, wore a frock of white crepe de chine and the usual bridal veil and shower bouquet. She was attended by Miss Ida Clark, sister of the bridegroom, as chief bridesmaid, wearing apricot crepe de cliihe and hat to match, and Miss Winnie Giles, in heliotrope silk marocain and black picture hat. The flower girls, Miss Ruth Martin, cousin of the bride, and Miss Olive Clark, sister of the bridegroom, wore pretty frocks of white organdie trimmed with ribbon. After the wedding a reception was held at the Carlton Tea Rooms. Later the happy couple left for Wanganui, where the honeymoon is being spent.
