RACING CARNIVAL AT MANA WATU AND MARTON.
Five clays? racing will, be held by the Maiiawatu* and Marton Racing Clubs during the Christinas and New Year holidays. The Manawatu Racing Club’s meeting takes place at Awapuni on Friday, Saturday and Monday, 26th, 27th and'29th December, 1924, and the Marton Jockey Club’s meeting on Thursday and Friday, Ist and 2nd January, 1925. The races at both meetings are richly endowed in prize money, and.owners are well catered for in open events, hurdle races, hack and two and three-year-old rues.
