REFUGEE LOAN.
UNDER LEAGUE AUSPICES (Received Dec. 9, 11.10 a m.) LONDON, Dec. 8. A portion of the £7,250,000 Greek 7 per cent refugee loan was issued at « • r tme auspices of the .League of Nations and was snapped up.
