DAIRY. PRODUCE. Mr. Geo. H. Buqkeridge has received the following cable message from Messrs. Henry Lane and Co., London: “New Zealand butter 202 s to ,2045. Market quiet with little business doing. New' Zealand cheese 91s to 935. Market steady with fair business.” LONDON TALLOW SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report having received the following cablegram from their London house under date of the 3rd instimt: Six hundred and five casks of fallow offered; 171'sold. Since our last week’s report prices are nominally 6d t»er ewt lower. ■ LONDON WOOL SALES. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report having received the following cablegram from their London house under date of the 2nd instant: Wool sales continue, with strong competition, there being a hardening tendency for medium and coarse ’ crossbreds, prices for which are 4d to 6d higher as compared with last sale’s closing rates. New Zealand merino and fine crossbred w'ools are practically unrepresented. There is a strong demand for Australian wool except short, heavy and wasty, which are irregular and occasionally easier.
