Notable of these are rihama, iViangatoki ana Te Koti, all or which are seiuluig luii teams. J. riinga, who put up such splendid performance last year, will again compete lor his school (Uhangaif, and there is no doubt of their ability to give last year’s Cup winners (Manaia Convent) a good run. Matapu is quietly confident that the school that beats them will win, while Okaiawa, Fraser Road, Otakeho and Ararata will each send a full team of champion athletes. Every competitor is a trier, and there is no doubt that every 7 event will be keenly contested. A fine day and a. good attendance of the general public are all that are needed to make the sports an outstanding success.
